At Joseph Green Realtor, we realize that selling or purchasing a home is about more than real estate - it's about people.

Our agency, owned by Joseph Green, has been in business since 1978. Our office location, in the County Seat, allows us to serve all areas of Orange County and parts of Sullivan and Ulster Counties.

Currently, our office is staffed with ten full-time, licensed Real Estate Salespersons, averaging 20 years of service. Our Sales Representatives receive intensive in-house training, under our Director of Training and Recruitment, and participate on a continuing basis in programs offered by the local Board of Realtors. They also attend regional seminars. Such training allows all members of our sales staff to frequently up-grade their sales techniques, to review, in depth, specialized services and to maintain our very high standard of knowledge, efficiency and integrity.

Our Sales Representatives are committed to high standards of service and professionalism and maintain a leadership role within their profession.

Our agency specializes in Residential, Commercial, Land, Farm and Ranch Property, as well as Property Management (1-4 family). We also have experience in Residential Appraising.

Some of our specialized services are Mortgages and Related Services, Home Warranty Program, Appraisal and Property Management (we have on call, 24 hours a day, a plumber, electrician, cleaning person, groundskeeper and overall handyman).

Our Company has sold many REO Properties and continues to work for Premier Asset Services, GE Capital, and others. Our duties for these companies include appraising, securing bids for work that needs to be done, regular weekly inspections to make sure everything is okay with the property, as well acting as Real Estate Brokers.

We are experienced in working with third party business. Third party clients/customers are assigned within our firm to sales associates who have proven themselves worthy. This means they are top-notch, service-oriented individuals, who are willing to spend the time required to satisfy a client/customers needs, who meet company standards with a high performance record, and who have demonstrated the product knowledge necessary to fulfill specific requirements, in both listing and buyer referrals.
